Closing, Moving day and now Life in Columbia!

The big day arrived! On April 13th Steven along with his realtor, Tonya Hayes, headed to Epting and Gillis for the closing. Derek carefully explianed all the documents one by one and Steven signed and signed and signed!

Home Warranty ordered! Water paperwork submitted! All documents signed and checks accounted for! Steven Lariscy is the proud homeowner of a beautiful home in the Northeast Columbia area.

Today is the day!

It's finally here! Another on time closing thanks to Nathan Ballentine and his team at Wells Fargo. We are clear to close and at 4pm Derek Gillis will lead Steven through the wonderful delight of signing about 100 pages...

Whew! When that's over, Steven will own that great home on Sterling Cross.

Steven's New Home

What a fabulous home for a wonderful buyer!
After growing up in Savannah, Steven moved to Columbia to take a job with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Quickly he realized apartment living was less than desirable so his father called their friend and realtor Robin Boaen. Since Robin had helped them in the past, she knew the family and what they would appreciate and need in a realtor in the Columbia area.
I was absolutely thrilled to help and Michael and I set out one day and breezed through about 8 homes, nit picking them all apart with really only one we liked!
The next weekend Steven, Barbara and Michael and I viewed another seven homes and came back to the same home Michael and I had identified earlier.
Steven loved the layout because it was open and had a great set up for his furniture and flat screen! Another great quality of this home was it’s convenience to work, shopping and the interstates. Finally the master suite was incredible! Spacious room and closet and a bathroom with double vanities and a separate shower and tub.
Inspections were completed and we are moving to a close on April 13th!
